My Design Team Layout for Scrap 365-6 at CSI

Hi  there Everyone!
Special Case File
Case File No Scrap 365-6 is open  at
We're excited to reveal our sixth special Case File created for our collaboration with Scrap365, UK's biggest and best scrapbooking magazine.
This special Case File will be open for investigation for the entire month of June. We will have a new Scrap365 Case File every other month, with the publication of a new issue of the magazine. After this Case File closes, we will be selecting our five favorite layouts to feature, and those people will be invited as CSI Deputies (guest designers) for August.

This is my Design Team take.
{S & M}

So are you ready for this month's special challenge? Grab your forensics kits, CSI members
 and get ready for some serious sleuthing as we open Case File No. S365-6

"The Scheme" - This is the palette of five colors you must use. You may add neutrals (black, white, kraft, cream, gray, brown) to these colors. Please try to get your colors as close to this swatch as possible, but don't drive yourself crazy or not play because you don't have the exact shade of a color. If you'd like to add an additional color to accent, please restrict it to about 10% of your page

Scheme;I have used all 5 colours; Coral, Light Peach, White, Light warm Gray and Navy Blue.

"Evidence" - These are elements drawn from the inspiration image that you should include on your page. They may be products, techniques, or other design ideas. Choose two or more to include in your layout. If you see other elements that inspire you in this picture, feel free to add those, too!

Evidence; stripes, twine, numbers(date), monograms (S, M), texture paste, diamond shapes.

"Testimony" - This is the journaling part. Choose one (or more) elements for your journaling. The journaling elements are also drawn from the inspiration image and may be in the form of topic ideas, journaling formats, journaling approaches, or words to inspire your stories. They are meant to spark ideas for you to tell a story on your page. You can combine them, use them as a jumping-off point, or you can always use The Scene (inspiration image) as inspiration for your journaling.

Testimony;Use the initials of your subject to generate words to describe your subject;
S & M -  Sarah & Matthew- Special Memory.
Today is Mothers Day and I am lucky enough to be surrounded by my beautiful family.
 I was spoilt rotten by these two gorgeous kids.
Their gift to me was a Cannon Camera.
Thank you so much...I love you with all my heart.

 We hope you will play with us this month. One lucky winner will win the latest copy of Scrap365. If you've never seen this magazine, it's awesome. I've subscribed to just about every scrapbook magazine over the years, and I must say, this is the very best publication I've ever seen. Each issue is chock-full of gorgeous layouts from scrappers around the world, every single one accompanied by commentary from the designer; technique articles with step-by-step instructions; tons of articles by top-notch designers; pull-out sketches; and so much more. They have an amazing design team, including our very own CSI Detective Tracee Provis. You really must check out Scrap365!

Thanks for all your lovely comments.
