loves finding sea shells

 February
New Challenge for this month is
WHITE + PINK + HEARTS
<3 finding sea shells

Something a little different for me again....
I used a Fiskars stencil to draw the hearts, slightly moving to add several lines.
I then added a thick layer of Kaiser paint inside the heart shape
 and while still wet
I added Tim Holtz clear Rock Candy Crackle over the top,
and set it aside to dry overnight.
Using my kraft knife I cut out around the hearts and they curled up
so it was the perfect place to add my embellishments.
The piece of paper behind the photo is embossed with hearts,
(but unfortunately doesn't show up very well).
I did this by opening up my embossing folder,
laying it on the cardstock and rubbing over it with scissor handles.
The pink around the edges of the page are torn strips of washi tape.
I altered the photo using Photoshop...
I changed it to a Black&White photo, then brought the colour back into her jumper.
